Jiří Zoubek, the secretary of IFA Česká republika Jiří has a Master degree at the Charles’ University in Prague, Faculty of Law. Jiří Zoubek has been tax counsel at VORLÍČKOVÁ PARTNERS since 2004. He is a certified Czech tax adviser and lawyer. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in European and International Taxation from the Wirtschaftsuniversität in Vienna. Jiří specializes in structuring of M&A transactions, all kind of cross border tax issues, company reorganizations, transfer pricing and in European and international tax law. He is a member of International Fiscal Association (IFA) and International Bar Association (IBA). He contributes on a regular basis with national (Czech) reports and as a speaker at congresses and seminars of the above mentioned organizations. Jiří has been a member of IFA, Czech branch since 2006. He speaks Czech, English and basic German.
